
The HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in does not require a connected inbox in order to be used in the inbox, though some HubSpot sales features require a connected inbox. Please note: the Outlook desktop add-in will appear in any email address you have set up in your Outlook account. Once installed correctly, the add-in will appear in the main ribbon of your Outlook desktop account. Check your Outlook version to ensure it is Click-to-run. Currently, Outlook installed from the Microsoft Store is not compatible with the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in.


The HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in allows you to track and log emails and use some of the HubSpot sales tools directly in your email account.
